1. The Mold: Foundation of Quality
Every great boat starts with a perfect mold. Ours are meticulously prepared, cleaned, and waxed to ensure a flawless, high-gloss finish on every hull.
2. Gelcoat & Lamination
We apply a premium gelcoat for superior protection, followed by hand-laid layers of fiberglass and resin, building up to a solid 25mm thickness for incredible strength. This crucial stage defines the boat's durability.
3. Stringer System: The Unseen Strength
A fully bonded, foam-filled fiberglass stringer grid is precisely fitted and loaded into the hull, creating an incredibly strong and rigid unibody structure that forms the backbone of the boat.
4. Hull & Deck Bonding
The deck and hull are permanently bonded together, not just with adhesives, but with fiberglass, creating a seamless, watertight, and immensely strong unibody vessel.
5. Assembly & Fit-Out
Our skilled technicians meticulously install all components—consoles, seating, and wiring. The transom is precisely cut to prepare for engine mounting, ensuring every detail meets our exacting standards.
6. Power, Trailer & Dispatch
The heart of the vessel, a reliable Yamaha outboard, is expertly installed. We then build a custom-fit trailer in-house before the entire package undergoes a rigorous final inspection, ready for dispatch.
7. Launch & Support
Delivery, sea trials, and ongoing service. We ensure you're confident on the water from day one and for years to come.
